Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

First of all i would like to write about the ambiance and hospitality. The way they treated us was much excellent specifically at the patna. Never expected this. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean, washroom was filled up with modern amenities. Staffs were well trained and very professional. 200% satisfied with this property.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the hotel bliss.

Rooms were spacious but there were a lot of mosquitoes. No coil was provided even if i asked the reception 4 times. There was a wedding scheduled during same day and guest were continuously ringing the door bell at night

Overall stay was terrible there were so many mosquitoes in the room that i could not sleep at night. When we arrived at night, lift smelled badly like kerosene. In one room, bed's leg was broken and it was slanting

The hotel is too far from the city and just besides a dump yard because of which there is constant smell. Their kitchen staff does not show up until 8 am so there is no provision for breakfast
