good rooms spacious. cleaning could have been better . parking facility is available. breakfast was very poor. left over food of last night can be seen easily on the utensils. very unhygienic.

geyser not working, no toothpaste, no brush, floor was sticky, 3-4 cockroaches on floor, not good,,,,

Bad experience with hotel amenities, staff behaviour is co-operative, but room wasn't clean, linen and bedsheets are dirty and smelling bad......... towel was provided by hotel is like an old and very rough, can't use it......! please keep someone who is from a hospitality background & professional to manage your property!

Great Experience ЁЯШГ Good Hotel
This hotel is 1.8 km from Kanpur Central station, a good place to stay with family and friends, the rooms are big and feel luxurious even though it was built earlier. The air conditioner is centralised, the bathroom is also clean, the behaviour of the staff is good, overall the service is good. I just did not like the restaurant because if the restaurant and bar are together then you might face problem in having dinner with the family, otherwise you can order food in the room as well. But if you want to eat in the restaurant and you are with family then you might face problem, the restaurant and bar should have been at separate places. The taste of the food is good and the service is fast. There is a breakfast buffet but there was nothing sweet in it.

Average Stay
Rooms were dirty and termites were roaming. Hotel staff were ok and cooperative. Location was good and near to market and railway station.

Fantastic stay, near and clean room, great service. Only complaint is that the rates mentioned in the menu are different from the rates being charged. The kitchen rates are more than that mentioned in the menu provided.

The hotel is decent, the staff is cooperative. There is a small safety issue a lash should be inside the room to prevent an outsider to open the room with any key. Food is nice and the hotel is better than any other in this area

Hotel staffs are not properly trained.
Rooms are fine but hotel is under renovation so there are many issues yet to be fixed like leakage in bathroom, limited items in breakfast with very average taste. And most importantly staffs don't have Attiquetes as they talk out loud and always looking for tip.

booking time showing room pictures just not real after reached he gave me just normal terrible rooms not good bed not good bathroom not good .. I have booked an executive room but he gave normal rooms according to the tariff room quality and condition worst...
