Excellent property, well maintained with very responsive and helpful staff. Best hotel from the point of view of leopard safari as this is just next to the jhalana safari gate.

Excellent stay, just beside jhalana leopard conservancy safari counter/gate. Clean rooms, newly renovated, very helpful polite staff. The owner also makes sure everything is taken care of. The rates are very low for such a well decorated and furnished room. Go for at least the deluxe rooms. Food availability is no problem as swiggy & zomato delivers everything here. You can also get food from the hotel but let them know beforehand. Just perfect for leopard safari and also if you are staying in the industrial area. Uber is also available at this location. Hotel staff can also arrange for cabs and auto and also safari vehicles. True value for money.

This hotel is very good for wildlife lovers and photography enthusiasts as it's located right next to the safari entry gate. It's a simple property with a nice big green lawn. This hotel can also be suitable for business travelers looking for a budget option in the malviya nagar industrial area. The hotel doesn't provide food but there are shops nearby (120 to 150 meters) that serve snacks. You can also have food delivered via zomato/swiggy or hail an uber/ola into the city. The staff is pleasant.

Property was next door to jhalana leopard reserve. No arrangement for good food or breakfast. One can get breakfast only after 9 am. Tea etc not available. Staff are good & well behaved.

Unclean bed linen, property under renovation and hence was noisy and dusty, no food options close by and even though they abut the jhalana leopard reserve they have no clue about safari bookings.

Hotel staff tell me that there are not any vacant room in The Hotel while make my trip already take payment of The room which is still pending for reversal
