Booked for 2 night good stay staff are cooperative clean environment wash room good amenity provided is good location। gets the five star I highly recommend this hotel for staying in varanasi low budget but big heart

I have never seen such a terrible and worst room in my life, i have booked the room by prepaid payment mode and checked in on 23. 08. 24 at 8. 30 pm. I booked the room to stay for 2 days with family for 3 members occupancy soon after i got in to the room i the worst and terrible experience i have ever had in my life, room was so dirty and spitting in room and on all walls of the room. I booked it for 3 members to stay but not even 2 members can stay in that room. I asked the receptionist for room for 3 members but he recklessly responded this the room we have and you did not book the room with us this the way to behave with customers there is no lift in the hotel we have climbed for 4 floors to get check in to the room is it possible for elders to climbed 4 floors.

The rooms are very untidy and bed bugs. We couldn't sleep. The ventilation is extremely poor. Very disappointed

It was very horrible. The toilet flush is not working. Water problem. Blanket is not given. The cupboard is also very dirty.

Very poor service. Almost AC not working. Three room changed at midnight due to the AC problem in the Hotel room. Worst breakfast in the morning. Need immediate attention to the management of Hotel. Poor accessibility. This type of Hotel needs to be removed from the online portal. As they cheat The genuine customer who is not aware of local conditions. Please take immediate action.
