The location is very good at ganeshguri, at affordable price. The food quality is very good. Room service is good and hygiene well maintained. Behavior of the staffs are very good.

Property location is not in good place, power cut is very frequent. No one is bothering to start the dg backup

Hotel rent is rs. 1707- and mm t charged us rs. 2230- approx per room. Room is not properly clean and room service is toss

They charged us extra 5000 and said that mmt didn't pay them the total amount, they even denied to give us the recipt afterwards, the food is way too expensive and as the name say "imperial" there is nothing imperial about it and rooms are really cheap and ambience was really cheap, the staffs there were hopeless, for people visiting dispur hospital it's good as it is situated near easy access range, this hotel is a total flop, personally i would never visit this place again

The property is overpriced compared to features and facilities. It has a great reception but the quality of room is very basic.

The infrastructure of this hotel is very poor. Bed sheet, pillow covers all are dirty. They gave me dirty towel and they have not changed it for 2 days. Breakfast is also pathetic. My overall experience is very bad.
