The room was very clean, staff members were very decent, cordial and polite. The location is very good, its outer scenery from room was beautiful

excellent food, very tasty food, the restaurant staff are so good and humble, any time they are available for food service... front office receptionists are very supportive and rooms are very clean n hygiene.house keeping staff are also very good. And hotel location is also nice.. thumbs up for Imperial hotel👍👌❤️💖💖

Hotel room was good. Staff 's behaviour was also very nice. They were helpful and cooperative. But it's quite far from mg marg. No arrangement of breakfast buffet.

The hotel is located not too close & not to far from gangtok market. It's a perfect location. Has parking space. The hotel arranges cabs for you if required. The rooms are good, spacious. The service is also good. The food is good. Good family rooms

The rooms were clean and washrooms were also neat and tidy. But the food was not at all good. Even tea was third class, we faced much problem with food as there are no local food shops near by. Mg marg is quite far away from this hotel, you have to take taxi to reach there. I would recommend to improve your food quality and also quantity. 3
