The property is easily accessible and very close to acropolis mall and rune tower. The room provided to me is very clean and hygienic. And also the washroom. So we'll maintained property.

Stayed there for my visa appointment. The location is perfect as the appointment center is steps away from the hotel.

Very friendly staff and accommodating. Complementary breakfast was nice add on. The location of the inn is perfect if you are visiting, next to acropolis mall, so lots of eating and shopping options. Close to vfs global for your visa and bio-metric needs. Rajiv was a phone away if you need any help. My parents and in-laws were so appreciative about the staff and cleanliness of the room. Thanks a lot

We stayed in the standard room for 2 days. The location is very good with all nearby facilities & awesome inhouse restaurant. The room size & washroom are too cramped. As by the roadside it's very noisy & disturbing. Overall a good experience in terms of cleanliness, staff behaviour & location.

Room was clean and of decent size. Location is excellent for people coming for vfs submission. Breakfast was excellent. Only thing missing is an elevator. We got a third floor room and had to take the stairs.

The room is clean and the size of it is sufficient for a couple. Both the manager and staff are friendly and can make any arrangements or suggestions as per your requirements. One should opt for this if for vfs appointment

The stairs are so steep, so small elevators may be installed for aged persons above 65 years.

Location wise best place to go for visa at kolkata. I enjoyed my stay as the person at the reception desk was. Wonderful old guy. One thing which was not good was that there is no lift on the property and i had to climb up to the second floor with problems in my knees. Thank you for everything

The overall experience was fine. The only issue was the place doesn’t have a elevator and our room was on 3rd floor with my father having knee issues it became difficult for him.

Room was good but bathroom was very small. Bathroom can be improved. No lift in hotel. Mine room was at 3rd floor. Only book this if u have visa appointment otherwise go for other hotel
