We got better than we expected. The nature of the staff is very good. There is no dearth of anything. Anyone can come here.

The room we stayed in was good, spacious and with a balcony. The balcony is towards the side of the road so you might get disturbed by noise from the road. The hotel seems to be new and has very limited food options however there is a nice cafe kind of place next to it and they serve delicious food.

Nice and decent hotel. Helpful staff. The location of the hotel is very good with a rooftop restaurant. Thank you prakash ji for a wonderful leopard safari. The only negative point is, they don't give you basic complimentary amenities like water/coffee in the room.

In short, it was a bad hotel. We changes our room once. 1st room allotted had red ants in the bed. 2nd room had very bad smell. But the staff did not care. Unprofessional management.

This is in between market, location is good but very noisy surrounded. Built in commercial building so 2nd floor has reception. Ground and 1st floor are allocated to bank. 6 to 7 steps in entrance so avoid if anyone have leg back-pain issue. Manager and some staff members behavior not good. You can enjoy room service food and root top restaurant location for diner only, avoid in monsoon and summer season both are not good for this location (jawai, bera).

Really awesome facilty in sumerpur for the to jawai. Best for-family & group travelling. Roof top restaurant provides delicious food. Hotel rooms were claean, polite staff and fast service. Surely book this property whenever next visit to jawai will be planned
