It is very pleasant and calmly stay at the hotel. The staff members are courteous and very helpful. Last but not the least the restaurant service is the best as per my opinion. I would request all aspiring tourist to stay at kaizer hotel, it is a must.

Place is very cool and peacefully staff all are very good. Overall hotel is very good. But one thing request for early check in hotel stuff say to me didn't but hotel is empty i am wait outside many time. Overall all is ok.

The hotel is a nice property with awesome view of the hills and valleys of kurseong from the room windows. It is situated almost 5 kms from the kurseong railway station. The room was a little small along with the washroom. But food was very good and service prompt and courteous. They also facilitated onward travel.

Well decorated hotel in kurseong. Hotel outside and lobby looks absolutely wonderful in the evening, when all lights are on. Toy train goes just in-front from the hotel. Food is really tasty. Plain dal, rice and chicken curry is light yet tasty, also morning bfast roti sabzi is like homemade. Good view from rooms of the valley. It is actor mithun chakraborty's sister's hotel as informed by the hotel manager. The staffs are courteous in nature. Very helpful and accomodating. Restaurant is small but cosy. Staff is well mannered. Nearby attraction is to take a stroll till the view point. Place is connected to sukna road as well as darjeeling siliguri road. Windows have to kept closed due to monkey. 1st floor is super deluxe room. Parking is on the road but safe. No alcohol sold by restaurant. Dinner last order time is 10pm. They have separate banquet.

The hotel is in gidda pahar valley by st augustine school down to kurseong. The service was excellent, good hygiene and good food. Highly recommended.

A very nice property with very polite and courteous staff. We stayed here for one night enroute to darjeeling. The view from room was great. The staff was very polite, friendly and courteous. Food was tasty. Also we got a place to park our car. I would recommend this property.
