We loved the stay as everyone was extremely hospitable and welcoming, even though we checked in late at night. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay a bit longer. This stay is highly recommended for all.

Dining at their restaurant was a culinary delight, offering a diverse menu of delectable dishes. The hotel's location, just a short walk from Mall Road, was perfect for exploring Mussoorie. We had great time in mussoorie and stay in kenilworth. Best part is its location steps away from mall road. Hotel manager and staff are very nice, helpful and speak politely. Rooms are nice and clean. Will like to stay again here.

the hotel is small but clean and homely. the staffs are helpful and friendly. The rooms are well stocked with blankets and other necessary amneties like geyser and wifi. the hotel is easily reachable from the picture palace taxi stand. you can enjoy mall road by walking from this hotel.

They have an on-premises parking and being on mall road, it was so convenient that we could anytime head to the mall. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel which was good, and they have this small cosy place to sit in the outdoors. Services and cleanliness was upto our expectation, and if we are back in mussoorie this is the hotel where i would take my family again.

Overall nice experience being in the property. Well behaved front office staff. Clean rooms. Tasty food. Being very near to picture palace the hotel should climb a few ladders in terms of cleanliness. Staff in uniforms. Fresh menu cards etc.

Minimalist hotel at a good location

Location: 4/5 - the kenilworth offers a great location, just off the mall road. The only minus is that there are no mountain views or any views from our room. Cleanliness: 4/5. Fairly good, not much to complain. Food: 3/5 - had only breakfast in-house. It was decent, though options were limited. Outdoor dining space was limited and we could not have breakfast outdoors since there was another large group supposedly. Staff: 4. 5/5 - all staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Room: 4/5 - good for the price range. We were charged extra for an additional mattress, but it was mentioned before hand.

Good can be made better

This is a no frill hotel with 13 rooms. Room was very clean and linen too. But it doesn’t have any common space persay and it’s just corridor and rooms. Location is sort of perfect with no major climb to enter/ exit. It’s on mall road at one end and has ample parking space. Only thing missing is there is no common space or lobby to sit or eat. I would recommend booking without breakfast. Food is ok and very reasonably priced.

The room provided was very average, next to the reception Location is good, easy access. Service is very fast but food is below average. It is next to a cafe so you can hear music in the evening. Parking space is limited but you have paid parking available at 10 mtrs from the hotel.
