The room was too good. The wooden rooms set the perfect ambience. The view from the window was awesome. Kanchenjunga was clearly visible.

The rooms were clean and well furnished with mesmerising view and the behaviour of the staffs were good as well. The highlight of the stay in this hotel was the view from the room. Totally worth it!

I booked three premium rooms for a two-day stay, and I must say, the service was excellent. The food was delicious, and they promptly provided an iron and ironing board upon request. Plus, its proximity to the mall road made it very convenient.

Very nice hotel. Food amenities are awesome the staff's behaviour is also very nice. The only problem is hot water. 10-15 mins walking distance to mall road.

Great location. Our room was kanchenjunga view room which was awesome. Each and every item inside room was neat and clean. Toiletery was perfect. We have booked complimentary breakfast and the food quality was very very tasty.

There were two boys, id k their names, but they were really helpful and polite. We checked out on 13th dec, a man was there sitting on the reception, he was a little rude, when i asked to refill the tea kit and water bottles. They refilled the things i asked for but i didn't get my bottles refilled. But again those two boys were really polite and helpful, they also suggested off-beat locations which we really enjoyed, thank you for that. Otherwise it was a great stay with an outstanding view and bathrooms were clean. Would love to book next time!
