Good to stay for Consulate work. Few things were missing in the room and had to call multiple times to have it arranged. Internet was down the whole evening and night. Overall good but can be better.

My stay was good overall, The Complimentry breakfast was fantastic, I've tasted so many breakfast, I rate this as topmost, I will surely recommend this hotel who goes to Chennai, rather Make My Trip

Terrible Stay
Room was not clean. Bed bugs and cockroaches. Very basic breakfast. Bathroom fittings were Rusted! Avoidable hotel unless no other option.

Firstly, the pictures of this hotel looks is totally different. The hotel is very dirty. As we got into the hotel, the security and valet parking guys were very rude and they were not assisting to park the vehicle. The room walls are totally damaged. Never recommend for extra bed , because rooms are too small. And its expensive.

Food quality was very good. Room and corridor is little congested and little dim lighting in common areas. Cleanliness in common area is a little concern. Lift inner wall color is depressing. If you ignore few things, overall experience was good.

Not at all worth the money paid... It’s a shabby hotel, but the staff was nice ... The only positive thing is the location of the hotel for the US Visa appointees, which is at a walkable distance.

Talking about the property it was really excellent and staff hospitality was good location wise walkable and fully corporate area and safe place .Food not as per the qty for the price but taste wise good

Quite poor facility. Avoid.
I found the room to be in pretty bad shape and not maintained properly. It looked quite unkempt. Definitely not worth the price. Try to avoid. The fittings were all rusty and dirty. The walls had cracks on it. It is a really badly maintained property. Better book elsewhere.
