great pleasure to stay here. everything is just ok, not a single issue, all supporting staff are very kind and supportive.

Lift not working room size very small untidy wall

the room was spacious and clean.but outside was not that appealing. lift not working. the shops in the area don't open until past 9

housekeeping services are not to the point. Customer Service & Hospitality needs to improve a lot.

The location was amazing and the were very helpfull and polite.The rooms were also clean and provided with amenities.Would recommend

It was really bad. The staffs are rude, bed is uncomfortable, tv doesn’t work. There are no basic amenities. We asked for plates and were given paper plates that too of the lowest quality. The staffs are really rude. It was one of the worst experience.

the AC was not working properly and they are having a weird door lock issue rest everything was good.

I arrived the hotel 12:10 pm on 15 sep reception refuse to check in they said you booked from make my trip we will not allowed before 1 pm even 12:59 pm but if you booked directly from our hotel we will allow to check in early even check out also .really it's big disappointed from the hotel and checkout time they start to call 10:29 am for checkout within 30 min they call 4 times in room and said if you will check out after 11 am you have to paid 1100 rs for late check out charge they are not professional even manager .I ask for kettle they didn't provide me because there is no restaurant inhouse i ask for water they don't care . really I never Booked any thing from make my trip I have to face many problems better I go through directly to the hotel.

The room was good but the cleaning staff was not there to cean the room .Also they firstly told that we will check in with masked adhaar card later they did the check in after repeatedly telling to that please check in.

Food wasn't available.. Location is good for transportation..Room was clean and tidy.. Overall satisfied with staying there..

This hotel staffs are the worst, behaviour not good at all they don't put towel in the washroom I had to ask for towel and tissue paper AC doesn't work properly Water they don't provide sufficient Tea mugs were not clean It was horrible Plus handwash were not there full body wash and shampoo were there but not written which one body wash and which one shampoo

Roʻom is good but no restaurant and we'll staff good cominication and we'll setup and services but no food facility near

Location is great, room feels a bit small and room service is below paar, resturant was permanently closed.

The property is good. but the bedsheets and towels are untidy. no soaps or other essential s were provided. The worst part is the behaviour of one of their managers. he is very uncultured and unprofessional. Hope the management looks into this

Hotel wale Ne Jojo Amity facility likh kar rakha hai vaise Ek bhi facility Kam Nahin kar raha tha TV not working tha room service bilkul bhi nahin the service restaurant Jana pad raha tha

check in time was 1pm .. I reached there by 8.30pm still waited foe 30 min to get the room .. entire room was stinking geyser not working no bath soap dirty towels

Amenities was not fully equipped. The cups and kettle were not cleaned. AC was taking too long to chill the entire room. TV remote was difficult to operate from bed, had to go very close to set top box to get the signal.
