Good property, but too much secluded.
The property was good and well maintained, the thing was the property is very much secluded and don't even have a proper road by which i can reach there. Property looks really good during sunset but the main problem with it is it's very secluded, may be not really safe for girls travel-ling solo, and there is no place nearby where you can have food or take rickhway from so you'll have to get it from property tie ups only.

Poor Stay
Approaching road is not in motor-able condition. Rooms doesn't have basic amenities proper flow of tap water wasn't there. In the morning we didn't get any hot water for our needs. Restaurant facilities are horrible. Seating area is open and very hot. It's full of mosquitos and flees. We were forced to take our dinner inside the room. It's not worth the money that we paid. We are very disappointed. We demand a suitable compensation for the harassment that we faced.

Excellent Stay
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

2, bathroom fittings was full of hard stains and blanket was not that tidy, altogether was not that great

Don’t go for it
Just pictures looks good. Dont go by looking the pictures. Dirty bathrooms. Ac doesn’t work properly, no cleaning and terrible ambience.

Poor Stay
The approach to resort is very narrow. It is very risky to drive through that road. Rooms are very ordinary type. Food preparation takes a lot of time. I feel little bit training on hospitality is needed otherwise staff is very helpful. Rooms need maintenance. Tvs do not have most of the channels working.

familyResort is fine, but the location is too remote and does not have a proper road that leads to the restaurant which makes the travel very tedious. Staff were friendly.

Terrible Stay
I have raised a query regarding this booking, no response at all. I had an awful experience with mm t services at the hotel. The actual experience didn’t match what was portrayed on the app. Your team was made us to wait outside until 1 am( midnight, and the customer care service didn’t respond. The compensation offered was just a simple “apology for the inconvenience. ”

Excellent property
A well maintained property with amazing and tasty food cooked by the chef. Great view of backwaters right at your footsteps. Fishing also available at the resort.

Good Stay
Very calm and peaceful place. Management and staffs are very helpful. Surroundings are made beautifully. Only drawback is there is no swimming pool. But the management is already constructing the same.

Great place to relax

Very very bad hotel
Very bad hotel tv not working wifi not working and food really terrible which we need to order 3'4 hours in advance. Toilet light not working fans stopping and no actual staff, just a guy running hotel. Bedsheets and pillows stinky. Pols don't risk yourself staying at this place.

Home stay being marketed as resort
coupleLocation is good rooms are clean but you have to give order one and a half hour in advance for food that too very limited menu. No electric kettle in the room. You have to give order half an hour in advance for tea. Ice and starters could not be arranged even after two hours notice. No compound no activity no swimming pool. Power goes often and you have to call on mobile to get generator started. There was no water in the bathroom during the night and early morning. When contacted on mobile pump was started. Food and starters are served cold. Access to the place is only by boat. No road connectivity. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Awesome property
This property is one of the best experiences of kerela. The property is based on the bank of the back waters and a shikara ride is the cherry on top. It's a must visit place with very friendly and humble hosts.
