The Hotel is very nice. It's location, it's ambience, it's staff, everything is almost perfect. The only thing I missed was not having an option of including lunch/dinner while booking for a room.
Also they should have provided the option of late check-out, which I missed as I had a late evening train to catch. The stay was great. The hotel, its facilities, the staff, everything was very good. The only thing I was not too happy is with the staff's flexibility for extending my checkout time by couple of hours. They mentioned that the hotel was completely occupied due to some conference/meeting. But when I searched the hotel for the day on MMT, it showed me clear availability. Otherwise my stay was perfect.
