Exorbitant Rates, Shabby Rooms, Mini bar locked, phone didn't work, IRD can't guide on food. Breakfast a complete mess... imagine waiting 20 mins. Shockingly it was musical chairs at breakfast, as twice my chair was stolen while I went for buffet. 15-20 mins Queue at all live counters; Juice lying but No Glasses (finally got paper cup); Flavoured Dahi there but No serving spoon😂!; Pls keep 1 hr if want to try Lalit breakfast. If we know days booking, why not plan for extra/alternate counters, so guest can eat & leave quickly.
