    Everything was fine but the room service was horrible..we literally had to call multiple times for glasses, plates etc..they toom atleast half an hour to one hour for every service..

    stay was good . breakfast spread was great but due to heavy rush at 9 :30 am staff was not able to handle...specially live counters. during dinner [at 10 pm at the Mukticuisine restaurant, food was cold and the bowls were not refilled. many items were missing. at Rs.3000/- no value for money.

    Good Property, Good Staff but badly managed

    Exorbitant Rates, Shabby Rooms, Mini bar locked, phone didn't work, IRD can't guide on food. Breakfast a complete mess... imagine waiting 20 mins. Shockingly it was musical chairs at breakfast, as twice my chair was stolen while I went for buffet. 15-20 mins Queue at all live counters; Juice lying but No Glasses (finally got paper cup); Flavoured Dahi there but No serving spoon😂!; Pls keep 1 hr if want to try Lalit breakfast. If we know days booking, why not plan for extra/alternate counters, so guest can eat & leave quickly.
