Lalith Resort Bekal Location is great, clean and well maintained. Food was excellent and hygienic I also found it reasonable being a 5 star category resort. Service is excellent and staff are very friendly. Activities like kayaking and fishing were great. I would love to stay there with my family and friends again.

The room was fabulous with lots of space and amenities. The jacuzzi was also wonderful. The place has great ambiance and facilities, and the staff were very attentive and hospitable. The resort is a nice place to relax and soak in some comfort. The room had a great view of the backwater and the property had private access to the beach nearby as well. Overall the resort stay was delightful and we had a lovely time there.

The ambience and amenities are outdated. The breakfast and dinner spread were good. The services and hospitality are nothing to write back home. Mr Debashish (front desk) and Mr Sajeev (F&B) are truly recommendable. No cafe/juice/ snacks available 24hs unlike other 5 star resorts. The distraught was they charge Rs 250 for using the in house bi-cycle . The recreation room was inadequate... Not worth the price especially when u have the Taj 3 km away with similar tariff.

The LaLiT Bekal Resort & Spa has a beautiful location surrounded by backwaters and greenery, which gives it a very relaxing vibe. The property is well-maintained and spacious, and the architecture adds to its charm. However, the overall experience was somewhat average. While the staff were polite and helpful, the service was a bit slow at times — especially at the restaurant. The food quality was decent but could be improved for the price point. Some amenities also felt slightly dated and could use better upkeep. It’s a nice place for a quiet getaway, but it doesn’t fully live up to the expectations set by its brand name. With a few improvements in service efficiency and dining experience, it could easily become a top-tier stay.

Food and restaurant service was the worst i have experienced. The buffet spread was pathetic and service equally worse. Reception and other services are decent. Property and kayaking very nice. Spa team was the best. Overal a 3 rated experience.

Very courteous staff, nice rooms with great views. Well maintained properly. Activities for guest are quite less and should be improved, also, it will be great if they can clean the public beach, just the small part which touches the property.

Very peaceful and relaxing . Everyone was so friendly and nice . Had a great experience at their spa with kumkumadhi facial. Beach access is very clean and has beautiful sunset views. Food was of very high quality. Overall a wonderful experience

Relaxing stay at Lalit Resort Bekal

Lalit Resort Bekal has a nice blend of relaxed vibes of a calming backwater and a vibrant seashore, both accessible from the property with activities like fishing, kayaking, bamboo rafting. The beach is secluded and can be accessed via a small wooden bridge from the property. Breakfast spread is quite good, though for lunch & dinner it can be expensive for a family. Staff is cordial and welcoming. Premier Luxury room with backwater view is well appointed with a spacious bathroom and sit out area, though the Jacuzzi is lacking hot water option, which could have added to the experience of a relaxing end of the day routine.

Wonderful location with both beach access and backwaters. Lush green landscape add to the beauty of the place. Breakfast spread and taste is worth mentioning. Service in Restaurant is okayish. Staff is courteous. Good number of activities and amenities. I would definitely recommend this resort for 3-4 nights stay in Bekal.
