Review Of The Landmark Banjara Hills

The rooms were decent enough. Visitors should be aware that the hotel does not have any restaurant of its own. Visitors have to go for Swiggying or Zomatoeing for food. The staff are very cooperative. They genuinely care for their visitors.

The bedsheets were Unclean as well as the pillows. There was no ventelation in the room and it was very Claustrophobic. I am not sure if the bedsheets are washed after every check in/ checkout.

the stay in this hotel was really good. The hotel staff were very gentle and polite. I would really recommend this hotel for a warm and pleasant stay.

The rooms and bathroom were decent. The only thing we faced which was not professional was that despite having a check in of 12pm we arrived at 5 pm and still 1 room out of our 3 rooms was unavailable. And the guy at the reception during that time was too rude. Besides this, everything is good including the location and proximity towards nearby famous places.

i booked this hotel when i saw lots of good reviews about the properity but unfortunately i was surprised when i arrived at the hotel and saw the behaviour of the receptionist, he was soo rude like he has the whole butden of the world. Rooms were sapacious but the bed i was having had 3 cut bedsheet😳😳 which was very uncomfortable. I ordered through zomato and did not allowed delivery boy to visit my and served my order after half an hour for i called 10 times to pls send my food. i would not recomend this hotel at all.

Very small rooms which are old and poorly managed. The room and bedsheets are not very clean. Not sure how they have managed to get good ratings

Overall the property was good for a longer stay and the staff was also very very supportive but at the same time the should be a bit linient about their norms if booked for a single person and one person comes to meet they directly charged the amount for going to the room
