I had very bad experience staying at this hotel. The staff behaviour was not good at all. Checkout time in the app was mentioned 12pm but they asked us to leave hotel at 11am only. Such rude behaviour

They are not respond they not given break fast already for this in makemytrip app we paid extra rs 200. They not given proper room

Breakfast was very simple, only a loo pratha and a char they have given. Tea was charged from me.

Please think, what can make your customer more happy.

I checked in at night and while go to sleep the hotel provided us only cloth of bed sheet instead of blanket and when we asked for no towels in bathroom then he give us one instead of two and next morning he gave us another towel after asking further they don't have kitchen so my experience is average i feel the staff is not interested to entertain the customer through booking, thank you

Hotel does not have good quality linens, towels (torned bed sheets, towels. No proper food arrangements. Even tea provided after one hour. Please check what exactly they are able to provide. So it's not worth the money paid. Below expectations.

I stay here for business purpose nice place to stay room is decent and near to airport.

The stay was very coy. Nice and clean rooms. Nice aesthetic. Nice staff. Easy approachable. On the main road.

No employee was available to even open the main gate, i opened the main gate by myself and even no was available to carry the luggage to 4th floor. No soap nothing was available in the room not even a blanket. Horrible experience. Pols dnt go to such hotels.

I have booked breakfast for 2 adults. Even breakfast was not provided. It was my interview next day. I informed earlier to hotel staff that i need breakfast in the morning by 8 am. They respond very slow only 2 parathas were given for 2 person and they told us that itne me sir itna hi milta hai. How pathetic hotel. Make my trip i slam u for this hotel. Devastating experience. Never book this hotel.
If i m paying 2000 rupees for a hotel room then at-least there should be sanitize r at least. Staff were good but hotel room size, bed condition is not up to the mark. It so disappointing to book hotel through make my trip. I will never book anything from make my trip. False information are provided.

Nice stay with proper cleaning in the time of corona epidemic. Near to market rooming out at any time. Wants to visit again in the hotel. Staff members are very cooperative. At bailey road.

Toilet bathroom facilities is not good

I asked for hot water, they told they will get it in 20 minutes but they never came back with water. Asked for an extra blanket which they dint provide. I don’t know if they were deaf or their attitude is like that. That’s not how you treat your customers.

Location is good, Hotel is new room also good but service is not good. Free breakfast is poor
