I am happy to stay at the Luxant….. food was not only good it was served with affection. The most humble and nicest staff.

Food was extremely good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Clean and neat room. They even upgraded room to us. Overall had a great stay.

Good co operative staff, cleanliness, everything good. A good option to choose this hotel 8n the heart of the city.

Restaurant management was terrible as at one time they allowed double capacity and didn’t open the first level. Hotel front desk doesn’t have knowledge about GST invoice for MMT travellers.

There is no single electrical point in room suitable for mobile charging which is basic requirements.

Room cleanliness is average bit the food availability after 10.00 pm is poor

It was an excellent hotel. We were on business trip and we enjoyed our stay at hotel. The location of hotel is walking distance from majestic metro station. The food was excellent. Staff was very cooperative. The rooms were specious, neat n clean. We would love to visit this hotel again.

It was a wonderful stay, Ritu and Riya were total sweethearts, incredibly helpful with all my queries.

1: poor wifi service 2: check in process was time consuming 3: office chair in my room was not functional - they didn’t get it changed despite me complaining (couldn’t work on the office table)
