The hotel is overall terrible. Location is not good. The service is poorest. They did not provide bath towel. No intercom telephone. In the name of complementary water bottle they provided a used bottle. Door lock was broken from inside. Overall not at all recommendable.

Hotel term and conditions doesn't state that unmarried couple are not allowed before booking.

Stay was not good. It was not worth the money. Television was 24 inches. Room was small. It is more of a Guest House than a hotel.
Comfort, Mineral Water bottles were not provided.

Not suggested for those who do not have their own transport arrangement. During rain getting out of this hotel is very difficult. Plus points are: inside room is spacious, well maintained, with Wi-Fi and TataSky facilities, immediate back up for electric power, homely atmosphere. The services, the caretakers providing is very good.

It's a wonderful place to stay whether you are travelling alone for business/work or with family. Wonderfully maintained rooms and extremely clean up-to-date washrooms. Very spacious as compared to most transit hotels across India that I have stayed in. The caretakers and cooks are always there to serve n are very courteous and well-mannered. Food is very reasonably priced and the cook is quite flexible about the meals. Slightly away from the nearest metro station but the comfort and satisfaction of staying here more than makes up for the auto-rickshaw fare you pay to get here. Value for money in the true sense of the phrase.

The hotel is difficult to find and is located in residential area. There is only 1 caretaker for entire building who also cooks excellent food. Caretaker is very efficient, but since he is always busy sometimes phones go unanswered so you have to get caretaker mobile no. There was no key provided to lock room. Bedsheets were not changed during entire stay. If you go considering the above your stay will be pleasant and get value for money.

If you want to stay in the middle of nowhere and drive round the houses for hours on end with taxis trying to find our accommodation then this is the place for you. No one spoke any English though they seemed very pleasant. When I needed internet they allowe me down to an office downstairs to use someone's computer, which was bizarre but helpful. The difficulty in finding the place each time just put me right off!

The rooms are very neat and clean with all facilities. The food was excellent worth the price you pay. Overall "A home away from home".

Nice and good services provided by the caretaker. The big advantage is that this place is very near to market. The caretaker is very friendly and helpful. Food was awesome. They justified the line the home away from home.

A calm and peaceful stay with walking distance from the industrial location of udyog vihar and thus very accessible. The inside gives you a safe and homely feeling while on the contrary there are some maintenance issues which may have to be accepted.
