Stay was quite comfortable. Staff was very nice. Small issues were immediately responded by them. Even in the food also if anything not proper they immediately prepare another. Very kind staff.

Pros: 1. Location is good. Enough personal parking area 2. Service is good, all staffs are welcoming in nature. 3. Room was neat and clean. Have good roof top cafeteria 4. Food quality excellent. Must try dal makhni. 5. They have offered my driver a free stay in the hall at night. Cons: not much but will point out some minor things just because i want this hotel to be better. 1. Irrespective how fully occupied you are check in time should not take that much time. 2. Towels are missing and came after 30 min. Room service can do better here.

I booked the hotel for 2 days, but my parent was sick. It was unbelievable the amount of support they gave us. Also, food was good.

I booked the hotels 2 room through mmt and stayed in for one night along with my friends where i found the rooms are too luxury and gives a premium feel. Besides, the terrace restaurant is too good and a great fun to enjoy the dinner under open sky with lovely view of entire deoghar city. Rates of menu are not so expensive side. I can rate 5 out of 5 stars for all the amenities available in this hotel.

I stayed in the "economy room, the room is excellent for solo travelers. The washroom was also very nice, food/all the staff/location/room services/cleanliness, in all respects it was a great experience. Next time also, i'll prefer to stay here & will recommend it to all.

Washroom basin tap almost was out, waterfowl was directly on the net spilling water out ever t time tap is opened, charged for triple occupancy but toiletries were only for one person, bed sheet, pillow cover, blanket cover stained/ dirty had to get same changed twice, breakfast reasonable, overall not worth charged. Check in & out was smooth

The rooms are clean, well maintained. Good quality was also good and looked well prepared. The only thing I found lacking was service. The staff was not courteous. They took the tea order and never delivered it. Supplied one less water bottle, glass. Were careless and not promptly giving even tea pouches. Someone needs to look into that. Customer experience is the key to your business. If someone does not use your cab sevice, it doesn't give you the right to be rude or less courteous to them. We paid quite high charges for the rooms and common courtesy was to be expected.
