stay was excellent location is near to kem hospital,tata hospital and global hospital .rooms are clean and neat no breakfast facility available but easily available nearby. so nice stay 👌🏻👌🏻

Considering it’s a new hotel, the rooms and washrooms are clean and neat. Staff have been kind. Rooms are quite spacious too. However, we paid around 6k (without breakfast) for a night which was just the stay charges which seemed expensive and they do not have breakfast/ lunch / dinner facilities or room service nor good restaurants around.

I checked in late at night 2 pm and requested him next morning for late checkout of one or two hour. He was so rude and arrogant. There was no one waiting still he pressurised me to checkout the hotel asap

This is very ordinary highly priced hotel. There is nobody in the reception which is very tiny. Reception is handled by watchmen only. Rooms are small and washroom is very tiny. No kitchen. We have to order food from outside. Terrif is very high.

I had booked the hotel for my daughter n her friend who have come form canada. They had a terrible experience at the hotel. The staff, especially pranad ( this is the name he gave. He said he was the manager) and sonal. They were so rude that my daughter felt unsafe and left the hotel one day before. V lost the money for one day stay. Would request u to get this refunded from the hotel. And also suggest that a strong action is taken by you for this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would like to talk to someone from make my trip. Pols arrange a call
