Very comfortable
Clean ,nice ,airy rooms...Gud food,very helpful staff..comfortable stay...a little away from city centre though

Average Stay
Food, Location was good. However, the staff lacked complete professionalism. I had an issue with Check-in and they made me stand for almost an hour and I had to resolve the issue by myself. Again during checkout, they had charged me only a partial amount and after I had reached the airport, I started getting calls asking me to pay the remaining since they missed to charge me those.

Poor Stay
Pros :promt service, good behaviour of the staff cons: all the stuffs as described in the brochure were not present in the room

Reception good. Food good. The staff cordial and good behavior. Stay comfortable. One observation : needs more attention in maintenance eg furniture and upholstery to keep the name as a boutique hotel.

Good Stay
I beleive its the best in terms of room and ambience and the breakfast area was really amazing . I highly recommend The Manor if you have a a trip to Jorhat . The staffs are pretty nice.

Good place to stay in Jorha
Good stay overall. friendly staff and decent service. found the restaurant service during breakfast quite slow and staff laid-back. This needs to improve. otherwise neat and clean. room service was prompt and food decent.

Worst hotel in Jorhat
Very disappointing stay. They don’t allow couples. Also rooms are very dirty and old. Please don’t book this hotel.

The room was good. Food was delicious. Complimentary breakfast served had a lot of choices. That is the main attraction. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and larger.

Worth the money - good food too
businessStayed here twice in a matter of 4 days. Safe and ample parking, cosy rooms and good food. Staff was in touch before check-in. Great breakfast experience as well (not too lavish spread but we did order live counter)

Great hospitality
Property is excellent with all modern amenities. Food is brilliant and must have a great chef. But the best part is the staff. The restaurant staff provide smart recommendations for meals. The breakfast staff are very helpful. The housekeeping staff are very prompt and responsive. The reception staff are very accomodative and helpful.

Your hotel cleaness is fine. More over other side is ok but rate of red tea is high in comparison to other place in assam.
