Customer service is excellent they are professionals and as a solo women traveller i feel safe in staying at this hotel and the location is so great that it’s so easy to commute.

The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.

Great central location I stayed at Hotel Arthur for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, breakfast really delicious, and the room nice. I appreciated the luggage room option as well."
