We had pleasant stay...but in room WiFi is not working, wardrobe is broken,no locker provided,fan is not in working condition,only we have to depend on AC, LOCATION GOOD,FOOD QUALITY GOOD

Average Stay
Property is not even a 3 star property. Infrastructure, services, staff responses, amenities are not up to the mark. Don’t get carried away by the uploaded photos like I did. I had a below average experience.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing truly outstanding hospitality in Kolkata after quite a long time. The staff were exceptionally courteous, well-disciplined, and genuinely attentive to every detail. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Their professionalism and warmth created a comfortable and memorable atmosphere that exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of service and sincerity, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kolkata. Poor Stay
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First of all, I was charged ₹400 for parking my car by the hotel itself. But after paying and checking out, another local boy who apparently “manages” parking there stopped our car again and demanded more money for parking. This was extremely unprofessional and left a very bad impression. Secondly, the basic amenities were missing. There were no toiletries provided in the room, which is something every guest expects. The location of the hotel is also not good – not convenient and not safe feeling. The only decent part was that the rooms themselves were okay in terms of cleanliness, but when the basics like toiletries, proper parking facilities, and a good location are not taken care of, the stay feels uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. They really need to improve their management, provide essential facilities, and be more transparent with guests.

Average Stay
The location of the property is in a very congested and old part of Kolkata. Though it is convenient to reach the US visa centre, the surrounding area is very dirty . Inside the hotel it was very clean , suite room was spacious. Food was just not up to the mark. The dining room was smelling very bad. On the whole their service was good but not at all worth staying . I would not recommend this to any of my known people

Terrible Stay
Hotel smell very bad even the food is also not good. The location of hotel is not nice but the only advantage of this hotel is close to Park Street.

Average Stay
At checkout, I asked the reception for their GST invoice as it was a business trip and I needed a GST invoice to get reimbursements. They gave me the invoice, in which the amount written was more than the actual bill I paid on MMT. Rest hotel was good, food was average!

The ambience of the hotel was good. The people working there were very polite and especially the person sitting on the reception Birrapa. Birrapan was very helpful and polite in nature. The canteen was clean and the food tasted okay. The room was large with a sanitized washroom. Overall I really liked the service.
