Best hotel in joda. Antique looking interior. Polite staffs. Food items affordable and quality is fantastic.

Room was good service was good staff behavior was good food was good, the only thing to be improved is the quality of bedsheet, not so much clean, size also short as per king size bed, as 2twin bed attached together to make a king size bed.

4 - good. Hi, the stay at barbil is really good for us and specially this is a location for which i have a very special place in my heart. However, as we all know all hotels are kinda struggling from under-staffing and staff retention policies post pandemic so there are sort of regular maintenance issues as we perceive it. However, this hotel marriott international has handled the situation well to surmount all difficulties to cater a very pleasant experience to its boarders. Thanks !

Rooms need to be more clean. Bedsheets were not clean. Restaurant was very dark and gloomy, needs more sunlight and in a open space but considering this hotel is located in a remote mining town, it is still acceptable

Very poor hospitality service. Rooms are very dark. Sufficient lights should be there at rooms and corridors. Unware of hi tea, though it was part of my booking. No one was available during my early morning check out.

Smelling washrooms, not maintained .... Food below average,, Reception - not competent, Policies- false information, visitors are not allowed at all, but not mentioned in dhring reservation- its couple friendly. Housekeeping- average, not responding on time, Restaurant- average, too delayed services, no quality food.

Worst experience, they don't have a king size double bed, 2 single beds were joined together to make a double bed in all rooms, bedsheets have blood stain, oil stain, masala stain n bed sheets were too dirty, toilet seats have yellow stain and on using flush all those yellow stains of human waste starts floating, hotel has only 2 staff ( who carries luggage, gives room services, takes order for food) restaurant has only one waiter (who does the serving, and also attain counter n does paper work) and now the most important part the receptionist of the hotels are so unprofessional, extremely rude and knows perfectly how to misbehave with the guests, they are so inattentive, they kept me waiting and ignored me for long time even after informing them that i am a doctor and i have to reach hospital it's very urgent they ignored me and kept me waiting for check out even though they were free and there was no one else except me i was the only guest standing infront of the reception, i told them thrice that it's urgent but they didn't even care to listen. After long time of waiting when i warned them that i will complain and write about you on google then they did my checkout process and they didn't even apologized for their behavior

Not worth the money, the food was not good and also the dish tv was deactivated and it took 10 calls and more than an hour to make that activated. The breakfast was very bad and so the staff there at the breakfast counter
