Rooms are super clean and comfy

The rooms are very untidy, the soap dispenser is empty and upon asking to change it, they go to a variety store to buy you a medimix soap, no toothbrush, and other amenities. There is hardly anyone in reception and none of the room intercom is working so basically come to the reception wait there for hours for someone to show up. And the most irritating part they can't help you at all, the bathroom weirdly gets jammed. For airport drop they book you an non ac o la cab with 0 safety and precautions. Please never book this hotel
