Property is of early 90’s with no maintenance and a complete restoration is must it can be used. Food - Not Good Rooms - Pathetically maintained, crt tv not working, kettle not working, bad smell, cracks all over the wall, AC without remote. Intercom not working in any room, you have to use your mobile phone to call the receptionist’s mobile. Service - Need to call multiple times for every ask and you’ll get the required in minimum 1 hour. Even for simple things like water bottles, they take hours to deliver that too after multiple follow ups. Only good part is the location if you want a stay near ellora.

The room was not as shown in the photos. There were frogs in the swimming pool. The tea smelled bad They charged separately for bathtubs.

The resort rooms are under poor maintenance. There are insects inside. The floor is not clean. The toilet fixtures are worn out. Rooms do not smell fresh. And the over all decor is outdated. Otherwise the landscape and food is outstanding.

Room not clean washroom very dirty room service poor overall room charges 4000 Rs is too much high so don't suggest this hotel to any others customer🙏

good landscape and spacious resort but needs lots of repairs. rooms were clean and so was campus. but old rooms & fittings are outdated, partly working or at times not working. food is very good. services needs improvement. service staff is too stringent on what they can offer and were inflexible more often than not — unlike of hospitality industry of india.

Stay was good, but seems bit overpriced. Rooms were big enough but lacks hygiene and cleanliness which should be improved. Street lights were not working which makes it difficult to find a way in night.

Bad experience. Highly price hotel. Dirty rooms, poor staff service, telephone lines not working, food quality and service poor, reception and welcome very painful.

Location and food was good. Very good service by food corners. Must have to visit for weekend or holidays.

The property needs a lot of renovation. Though the hotel staff is really corteous, the beds, bathroom fixtures, chairs are all vintage. The water in the taps is not too clean and all the switches are those of 80s. The breakfast is not par with the charges of the resort. If these changes are looked into, the property may reach to that of a 5 star. Really appreciate the courtesy of the entire hotel staff.

Location is a key for us as it is on our way. Food was excellent. Amenities are good. Environment was magical. Service is ok ok. But real problem is inside room. Unclean toilets broken main door lock coffee kettle has electric shock maintenance for rooms was poor tv set top box was not working main door latch was broken poor floor condition furniture is in bad condition uncomfortable furniture stay was not comfortable

Location, site development is excellent service is quick and excellent. For family although ac room was booked we asked for fan and within 10 minutes the staff provided the table fan. Similarly in bathroom on demand bucket was provided early morning at 6. 00 am staff is very polite and cooperative. Excellnt service

Phones were not working. Wifi was down. No dental kits, no cups in room, no other facility. Food service poor. Room cleanliness poor.

An average and old property. Not very well maintained. But very good outdoors. Need to improve cleanliness of rooms.

Property is very good, people are great but if you don't like small creatures like ants (big black ones), I would not suggest you this. They were everywhere even the bathroom (I guess it's due to lush greens around). All in all the experience was great, we enjoyed the stay.

The rooms are rundown with termite holes in the doors. Bathroom ventilators have no mosquito proofing. Plenty of mosquitoes and spiders. Service in the restaurant floor are lunch on the day of checkin took almost two hours. Chose the place for swimming pool and spa. There was no one in n the spa to offer services. The spa, jacuzzi, gym and sauna looked that it hasn’t been used and not maintained. The restaurant has bamboo that thatched gazebos. The bamboo matting is all dilapidated and spiders and bugs were falling on the tables. We were thoroughly bitten by mosquitoes in the room. No first aid and no one responsible to answer about first aid. Not wheelchair friendly. There was a single wheelchair in a very bad shape. Planned to stay for two nights. Stayed only one nights not night. Holiday spoiled and loss off a paid hotel night and paid premium for the preponed air travel. Request for a refund of the day we didn’t stay and to compensate the difference we paid for air tickets we bought through makemytrip.

Property is excellent, service was good, staff was courteous and helpful. Response time was quick. If water geyser issue is addressed, it will be more satisfying stay.
