No ac available. Smart tv with wifi but no cable connection no welcome drink- mineral water no intercom / room service rooms were good, clean and bed was big & comfortable for 3 person. Newly build hotel. Car parking available. Good isolated and peaceful area with greenery all around. Near to main city center. Staff was nice. Overall it was nice to stay for tourist who want to explore igatpuri & nearby location.

Worst service from mmt and hotel

First and foremost, while booking it showed ac rooms while entering i found non ac rooms where the manager informed me that i have booked non ac rooms. The issue was raised to mmt to which they replied they were helpless and the booking is non refundable. The bathroom lock was not working to which the manager said that the carpenter is out of town so could not fix it. Later i found the cable was not working which was highlighted to manager to which he said recharge was over and will take 1 hour to resolve. Overall extremely dissatisfied with the service of mmt which had charged rs 11500 for 2 days and handled my issue in pathetic manner. Will not book any hotel from mmt in future
