Good hotel, hassle free check in, centrally located with good connectivity. Staff are polite, room is spacious and food quality is good. Although when compared to other 5 star hotels the size of room should be bigger.

Comfortable stay at met hotel in delhi. Convenient location with easy access to cp where we had an event. Very close to the iconic india gate area. A note about their staff - since we were driven by event timings - they accommodated our late checkout. Even after checkout, the staff was super helpful - in arranging some logistics help and also in the cafe. 10/10 for service. Thanks again

Great hotel in heart of new delhi. Rooms are a bit small, but they’re very clean and the service is fantastic. Housekeeping is excellent, as is the front desk, concierge, restaurants (3 of them, including a fantastic japanese restaurant) and overall management. Saurabh, aryan, harshit tabitha, rakesh, chandhan, umesh, kanwaljeet, praveen, deepak, balwinder, neeraj, vijay, tribhuvan, sunil, mukesh, anil, teena, hardik, gaurav, deepak, sunil, sumit and too many more to name were all wonderful at keeping a very homey feel to a lengthy stay (5 weeks spent at this hotel over the course of 2. 5 months. The buffet is solid and this is the only place i found with mozzarella sticks i’m glad to have found a quiet hotel in new delhi that isn’t micromanaged like the chain hotels that have come to dominate the hotel industry in india over the past 20 years. Whenever i may visit new delhi in the future, the metropolitan will be my first choice!

Lover stay while. I. Stayed at many hotels before but first time me with family used all infrastructure except spa. I used gym and family used swimming pool

Very convenient and central location to the commercial hub, a great variety in cuisines, with mouthwatering delicacies carefully curated, a wholesome breakfast, and fresh fragrant well-appointed rooms and squeaky-clean washrooms. It is obvious the staff from the least to the highest are well trained and a lot of effort has yielded a pleasing experience for the guests. I am for sure a fan of this well maintained and up to date facility and have sure to be staying here regularly during my trips to delhi.

Breakfast was delicious and with so many options to choose from. Great ambience. The room was very pleasant. I only stayed for a night but it was enough to say that the house keeping staff are polite and friendly.
