The hotel is very nicely designed, and the food is awesome. It has a gym though i didn't use it. The staff is cool and supportive.

I had travel-led to trivandrum for a meeting. Travel-led along with my wife and 4 months old baby. This property was so amazing that even i was out for my official meeting my wife and kid was safe and i had no worry to leave them alone there. The staff the ambiance room facilities and food all 5* from my side. Good place safe and best for family.

Food is good but room is not so clean, no clean towels and even no brush or toothpaste provided. Less ventilation.

The hotel staff is not cooperative and helpful. The toiletries provided by the hotel were very old and unfit for use. The restaurant was very late in serving orders.
