Review Of The Mountain Quail Hotel & Resort

Had a good stay at Mountain Quail Resort. It has 26 rooms. Himalaya view rooms are good but there are monkeys around. So, one can't spend much time in balcony. Food tasted superb. It has ample parking space, a big lawn and lush greenery around. Located in a peaceful area. The only issue I faced there is that they have old style geysers installed in washroom which takes time to heat and only one person can take bath at a time, next person needs to wait minimum 25 minutes. There was some issue in our room's geyser that it stopped heating and we had to take bath in really cold water. Rest things are good.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is located at a quiet place, far from the noisy mall road. The view from the hotel is much better than the view from mall road

Location was good . Food was average and repeated . Could have gone for varieties . Aloo ka paratha not that great as expected . The room cleaning was average too . The bedsheets werent changed . Same bedsheets were used again . Disappointed 😢. We called for room service around 1130 . No one came . Can improve . Food was received orderly and timely . No delay in that . Commendable . Faced a lot of issues in availibilty of hot water . Only for one person hot water was available . Next person couldn't experience got water bath. In.short cleanliness was average . Food was average too in terms of breakfast . In a positive note stay was merely as comfortable .

Location is pretty good. They have scenic views, rooms were clean and tidy, amenities were sufficient, and room service was well served

The hotel location is very pleasant. The view from the cafeteria and room windows is exceptional. The food quality is good. You will get a variety of options in breakfast and other meals. Hygiene & cleanliness is maintained. So overall it's a really good experience, however the only negative point is the approach road which is quite bumpy.

Stayed here with family. Amazing hospitality. Great service, nice staff, really helpful. We had to check out really because of prior commitments and the staff was kind enough to pack our breakfast for the journey even before the breakfast hours. Overall 10/10 experience.

Like living our home marvelous view fooding is very good and room services is very comfortable overall i am very satisfied.

The stay was amazing, the hotel is situated away from the chaos and the view is spectacular. The garden also has a great view of the mountains.

I visited in the month of september with my family. It is located in a calm place in the town. It's approx 2km from mall road. The hotel has a complimentary pick up and drop from mall road till 8 pm in the night. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. We could only book standard rooms as all the deluxe were already occupied by the travel-ling groups. So had to compromise with the balcony. But the views from this resort are breathtaking to say the least. Food is also amazing. We tried the dinner buffet and room service and both were equally good. The breakfast buffet too has many options. The staff is courteous and helpful. For sight seeing connect with mr. Karan, who facilitates pick up and drop from mall road. He guides you and provides you the best possible way to reach spots.

Good property with good location, food service can be better with the availablity of the items mentioned in the menu

Room - 5/5 clean - 5/5 staff behaviour - 5/5 food - 3/5 view - 4. 5/5 view was good though we had to pay extra 500 rs for that.

Hotel location is very good, and food also, very supportive staff, hotel rooms clean and fine. Balcony view is good.
