Stunning stay!
It was a beautiful stay on the famous Dal Lake. The houseboat was well maintained with gorgeous interiors. The lobby and the dining area were absolutely stunning. The room was good with spectacular details of the interiors. The room was spacious and we, a family of three, felt extremely comfortable. The food was delicious with spices being exactly how we like. The staff were also welcoming and quite friendly! People are not visiting Kashmir this year due to the attack, Kashmir has nothing to worry about. People should visit Kashmir as soon as they get a chance, as it is a place to not miss! It is a must stay on the Dal Lake!

familyThis is one of the best house boat in dal lake, awesome hospitality, all staff behavior very nice fantastic, when we see the washroom, we feel like, we are staying in 5 star hotel, with jacuzzi bath tub, latest style bath shower system water pressure in shower you will really enjoy it, the rooms are very clean and hygienic, breakfast is also good, everything is good, they made our holiday so spacial, definitely i will going again to this amazing place. Storngly recommended 5 *

Property is good but ask us to leave earlier
Overall good experience, good food, but the thing which disappointed was hurry with which they ask us to leave their property as early as 10. 30 am and moreover no lunch facility.

Not satisfied stay
coupleI booked this houseboat to stay on my wife's birthday. The houseboat was beautiful, very well crafted. Few things to mention- when we reached they were not sure, wherein we called the given number before boarding the shikara for houseboat. Room dint have a electric kettle not does it have anything for morning tea. Till 8:30 in the morning we were looking for someone, so we could order tea. Then comes the breakfast, which was not all tasty, the breads were soggy, parathas were too spicy and once he served the food on the table the caretaker went to have his own tea and none was there to see if we wanted something. At the end they also asked for the tip directly. Which i think is not right. However the room was well decored, hygienically clean and well maintained property. Service was very poor.

familyThe houseboat is excellent. Very neat and clean. The caretaker mr javed and the cook are very courteous. May be the food options can be enhanced. But overall an excellent experience and the best houseboat in srinagar

Hygienic and beautiful place
familyThe room was neat and beautiful. Bathroom had bathtub but have to be mindful as heating water takes a lot of time after 1 usage. The person attendent was mostly unavailable, no welcome drink, no tea in the room, so you there is nothing to do. We went out which required shikara, and every-time you need to pay for shikara, except for ride for checking in and checking out. I feel hotel should arrange for these rather than we having to deal with shikara person every-time

Staff, food, cleanliness good if below 10k
familyOne of the best boat house to stay, cook is amazing. Only that should not be above 10 k, make my trip charged commission and costed us 22 k due to dynamic pricing

Poor Stay
Rooms were said to be around 400 sqft but were around 230 sqft. they didn’t have proper facilities for heating. Hot water facilities were very poor. Too disappointing for such a big amount of money. The food variety was way too low. The service was too slow.

A good experience overall
Stayed here for 2 days. Rooms were clean and hygienic with a striking mughal theme. However rooms offer no view. Regarding the food, quality was good. Options were limited. Charges for dinner at property are 1300 per person, which when considering the options, make the food pricey. Shikara rides arranged by the hotel but rates need to be negotiated. All in all a good stay, perfect for a day or two of visit.

Beautiful houseboat. Dissapointing food
coupleThe houseboat is beautiful. But the food was extremely pathetic for the price we paid. Since we had no other option, we had to buy their food option.

Good stay
Rooms were clean and well maintained. Its little but inconvenience during winter due to cold.

6 stars to hospitality, service and quality
coupleHospitality to another level, Everyone treats you as if you are at your home. Nice people, great service and good facilities. The location of the hotel is good, Dal Lake is 1. 5 km away only and you can travel very conveniently to all the places in and near to Srinagar. Food is good too which I find rarely though I tried only veg dishes, but was really tasty

Good clean and spacious
Excellent room, spacious and well furnished. Hotel is newly renovated and good. The food in the restaurant is good too. The staff is friendly though prices for simple things like coke et cetra are a little crazy. Not many options of buying stuff from outside as there are no markets nearby.
