My stay with mysore grand was an excellent experience. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is friendly and the cost is very reasonable for the prime area it is located in. Will definitely be booking again during my next visit to mysore.

Clean and hygienic, cordial staff and prime location for tourists- mysore palace is nearby, as well as other restaurants. Overall a good stay. No frills, basic necessities taken care of.

Rooms were neat and clean. Not very spacious but mostly comfortable. I have taken an option of complimentary breakfast but the hotel staff provided the breakfast only after asking few times and after telling that i will raise issue with mmt. Their main problem is they don't have restaurant. So at first place they should not give option of breakfast while booking itself. Other than this, our stay was very comfortable in the room. The room was comfortable. But the fan was very noisy. Even though mm t booking mentioned check out time as 12pm, the hotel check out time was 11am. Also they charged 300- extra for 2pm checkout. Staffs were good. Satisfied overall.

Good experience with mysore grand. But when booking room thru mm t there is no timing mentioned for check in and check out. It should be visible for booking time.

Good. But they took extra money for late check-out. Normally hotels agree for late check-out. I checked in at 1 pm. The next day at 2 pm i checked out. They took extra money.

There is no restaurant, in-house food available. Power cut on and off, worthless for money. The only advantage is new building.

Small rooms, non cooperative staff, unacceptable rates & service, no recommendations, food is also not good

Location fine, but small rooms, poor service and badly maintained. Not worth for the money spend considering the city of mysore. Car need to be parked in the road at our risk, no security. Painting and external ambiance is good for marketing but not work for the people staying

Was not at all happy, i will never stay in this place. They have no idea about hospitality. Non of them are professionally trained or project is managed. Ok for 1000- rs rent

They charge 750- extra for tea, coffee, water, cold drink, chips, chocolate, which is already put in hotal room when we are cheque in room. Shower is broken. After several times complain, finally we repaired. They are totally fraud minded. In my 11 years experience i never face that kind of hotel. They cannot talk to you in hindi. They always like to use their konner languages. Non corporate attitude shown.

Deeply disappointed! I was genuinely dismayed by the sub par service and treatment received at Mysore Grand hotel. Upon booking a deluxe room with complimentary breakfast for four guests( myself, my wife and our two children) and paying extra charges accordingly, I expected a hassle free and enjoyable stay. However my experience took a sharp turn for the worse the next morning when i approached the hotel staff for breakfast. They denied breakfast for children saying complementary bf is for only two. I have shown them the confirmation voucher from showing a deluxe room for four guests n a complimentary breakfast But they denied it without a valid explanation.

Photos and room vary a lot. Such a small room with no space. Poor service, the receptionist asked for more money in the name of the upgrade. Will never suggest anyone to stay here.

No towel, no soap in dispenser, no bottle. Asked for a bottle atleast 10 times still didn't get one
