We would like to address a few points: Staff Behavior & Charges: Our team is trained to be courteous and transparent. We do not charge extra for basic services like room cleaning unless additional services are specifically requested. If any misunderstanding occurred during your stay, we sincerely apologize, but no such charges were recorded during your booking. Promised Facilities: All amenities mentioned in your booking are provided as per listing. If you faced any issue, it would have been helpful to bring it to our attention during your stay so we could have resolved it on the spot. Food Timings: We clearly mention our kitchen timings in our property description. Post 10 PM, like most hill station properties, our kitchen closes due to local restrictions and staff shifts. Location: Our property is located slightly uphill, which is common in scenic hill areas. We welcome genuine reviews
