Everything was perfect. The location was perfect, in the heart of the city, the food was amazing, hospitality was amazing.

Its a true heritage property and feels like everything is decades old just like the kolkata city. The amenities, food and services were all amazing. The best thing about the hotel is their staff. The check-in process was smooth and the staff literally gave a hotel tour and make the entire process very personalised.

Excellent service and superb amenities! the room was elegant and we were provided a complimentary upgrade!

The oberoi grand provides a true luxury experience. It feels like you’re back in time, the whole interiors are just vintage yet so lux.

It was a very good stay. Hotel service is excellent. Nice stay. Breakfast quality and options are good.

The food quality is not as per they are telling themselves as 5 star. There are many things they need to modify in food. There is no taste and secondly there should be also a separate shower area in the washroom. Senior citizen wont be able to always go to the bath tub and take a shower. The bathroom is not goof for yound and old people yo use.

Excellent hospitality. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food is awesome.

The location is near to the market, which makes it convenient. Food was good and overall service was good, staff were very polite and attentive. But, i think the key card needs to be upgraded. The key gets deactivated when kept close to a phone. This becomes a problem as the chances of the key and phone coming together is quite high as everyboby carries a phone. This was a bad experince for us as we were not able to get into our rooms and we were not able to use the elevator as well. Regarding the pool, there was no area for the kid but we manage. It would be great for the kids if there was a kids area for enjoying the pool.

Good location good food good service

Hotel location is good. Feel like in a royal place staff is well trained. Mamta banerjee is assisting me she's very polite & humble. Over all good stay. Must recommend hotel in west bengal.

While their hospitality and service are undoubtedly top-notch, there are a few areas that need improvement, particularly regarding the property’s condition and breakfast experience. The property itself is in dire need of renovation. This is most evident in the breakfast area, which feels outdated and cramped. Breakfast is served from 6:30am to 10:30am, but if you arrive after 8:30am, be prepared to wait in line outside for at least 10-20 minutes. This wait can be quite inconvenient, especially if you have morning plans. Moreover, the breakfast options are quite limited. While they do have a few items available, many dishes need to be ordered from the menu, which can be a hassle. A more extensive buffet with a variety of choices would significantly enhance the overall experience.

Fantastic hostility, great ambience & foods, hotel staffs are very welcoming, very cleaned environment

The location of this hotel is in the heart of the city with places like part street 10 mins walking distance. The food was great, breakfast spread was very good. Room had all amenities and the staff is very polite and courteous

I had am amazing stay with Oberoi.. it was a family trip.. they were so patient with the kids.. they were really polite. I have been to other hotels. But i haven't experienced this hospitality anywhere else . I am really happy and satisfied and content with my trip and stay at the Oberoi Grand.
