Location of hotel is exactly on beach and beach view is possible outside room. It is very convenient to reach hotel through Taxi from airport. Room was neat and clean. Meals provided was excellent. Nice and attractive rooms. Beach is exactly outside hotel so anyone can enjoy at anytime with friends or family. Hotel cost is low as well

Forget all the facilities cited by the hotel. It gives a spacious bedroom, big washroom and a lovely balcony. But the floor was all oily and slippery may because of the wind from the ocean. No TV, not all rooms face the sea. All night mosquitoes kept us awake. Good staff at the reception. They should maintain the hotel in a better way.

In Ocean park hotel, rooms are not very clean. Furnitures are shabby. Not accessible for parking vehicle.

First of all place is not beach view. Only two room were beach view in entire place. Though room was spacious, bathroom was not up to the mark. And location was bit challenging to find at first, but can be manageable. Place is further inside beach pavement like 100m. Service person was kind enough to answer all our questions. If you just want cheap place to crash at night - this will fulfill all your expectations. Otherwise don't expect anything fancy.

We were provided with torn bedsheets and the blanket was stinking very badly. It was extremely unclean and unhygienic. Not recommended.

The worst hotel in light house beach ... Very bad service. Rooms are big and spacious but services are very bad. Not at all clean. Not value for money. Bathrooms also not clean. Showr was not working. The wardrobeck was not working. We were not able to use the wardrobes.

Nice location .. Hotel on Beach .. Cleaning and hygiene problem !.. Staff will not ask for any service they busy in our work ... If you want water, towel, soap any other items you will go on reception ... Breakfast was good.

Old facilities and staff not friendly

I will never refer this hotel to anyone. Disgusting. The pictures are good. But when we enter into the room, it will take us to 1990s where the facilities are very old. Even the room lock was not working properly. I got the opportunity to stay in their most luxurious room (as they told) but it was not at all so. The room boys are confused within themselves and not so friendly. I would say the hotel authority has to do something immediately for its renovation in a holistic sense. Anyway I like the location of the hotel. I could enjoy the beauty of the sea from its balcony.

Pathetic stay, rude staff!

Pathetic is a under statement. The staff is extremely rude and he was shouting at people. We had occupied 3 rooms for 2 days and just due to his attitude we had to vacate early and move to another hotel close by. Guys please avoid booking here if you want some peace of mind on your holiday. These people just are rude. They have their own rules which they pop out whenever they want to. AVOID. PS Note: This is my personal experience and my point of view from what I went thru. No offence to anyone.

Bad hotel & there was no room service available

This type of hotels are shame for makemytrip. We don't get any breakfast. There is no lift so get room on 4 th floor. There is no room service so we come down and eat food and go to room. I prefer more other hotels are there please check review and conform the room. This is not a value for money.

Unfriendly staff, no service, leaking taps, no power backup, faulty AC, TV with only one channel and black white faulty picture tube. BTW this is a deluxe room. The room and the services were average at the best. No cleaning or housekeeping facility available. Staff was not at all friendly and had a huge communication problem. It felt like they were not at all happy to welcome their guest.
