The stay was awesome, unforgettable view of noida from 41st floor. Every thing is clean. Owner is very cooperative. Recommend to everyone. Smooth checkout and check-in.

It was good, smooth check-in. But the only concern was lift there was only one lift in the whole building and the other 2 were not working makes it time consuming, rest of the room and other services were good

1. rooms were full of dust & spit. not clean 2. ⁠housekeeping guy is a joke. he just wiped the floor and went. all beds, bathrooms full of cement and dust. 3. ⁠no hot water in bathroom 4. ⁠ now the rooms are old and not maintained.

Worst stay and experience in delhi ncr

The worst stay i have ever experienced, i booked the property by seeing the photos which the owner had put, but they are all fake photos the flat which he gave to me was a different flat and on a different floor there were broken chair, lipstick marks on the sofa burnt sofa with ash, there were no towels no soap nothing, i tried to call owner to get things fixed he says ok i will see but not even a single thing was done right and in the middle of the night a person comes to our room takes the tv which was on our wall and puts another tv on table which was broken and not working they did not get even this sorted check in time was 1 i called at 3 even then the room was not ready they gave me room at 4 and then again a person comes at 7 to ask me it is check out time then again that person comes next day at 10 even when the check out time was 11 i tried to take help from team but they are also of no use they did not help in anything or of any sort. Everyone should stay away from this property or properties in super-tech spirea these fraudsters have a racket in the building they don't even pick the call after they have received the payment and team is also pathetic in helping.

I have traveled around the world, and this was the worst stay. The pictures are deceiving. The air conditioning stopped working for 20 to 30 minutes every time there was a power outage or fluctuation, and in just four hours, there were four power outages. A random guy showed up at the door to get supplies from the apartment. The backdoor doesn’t lock, and anyone can hop over the three-foot wall separating the property from the adjacent one. There was a weird smell, like a wet dog and half the things were broken or inoperative. There was no tv programming because they didn’t pay the bill. The host doesn’t care about your issues and responds in a threatening tone. While the view is great, the doors don’t seal, causing a constant whistling sound from the wind. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. This is a terrible place to stay.
