Hotel stay was comfortable. Staff is polite. Food quality is good. Only problem i faced was with the room keys which get deactivated on contact with phone and most of the time we had to get them activated from the reception. Otherwise overall it was ok

The orchid hotel, hinjewadi is a very well known and prime property with comfortable rooms and warm hospitality. The staff at reception (specially mr rameez) were absolutely polite & welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. The room given to us was neat, clean and super comfortable with complimentary fruits & chocolates. Breakfast spread was also huge & very good. Me & my wife absolutely enjoyed the stay at the orchid & will definitely visit again. Good day

The staff was very courteous. Their service levels are like a premium 5 star. Breakfast buffet is an excellent 👌 spread. the in room dining has a great variety and is reasonably priced. All in all a great hotel experience.

Good stay at the property

It was amazing. Got a room with bathtub. Buffet was good. Liked that leaf note of room cleaning/laundry service. Uniformity was missing in the rooms which can be improved. Also, got stuck in one of the floors while looking for gym/pool wherein a sticker/note should be there if a floor is not functional as lift didn't come later and we were stuck until we called seeking help and a staff came to help us so we gave feedback on the same day. Overall the property is amazing and had a good stay.

it was an excellent and amazing stay with polite and courteous staff. Our room was upgraded to a luxurious room with kingsize bed and a bathtub with breakfast at a nominal price. Cleanliness and decor is also 👌. Only problem faced was that "0" dialling was not attended after many trials but later it was attended on other dialled number.
