I had an exceptional stay at orchid. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the rooms were spotless and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions. I've been to quite a few 5-star hotels in the past outside bombay, but in mumbai this was our first time, and i must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment i set foot in the lobby i knew i was in for a treat. Everything we needed was avaliable, the service was exceptional, and the food was delicious. The rooftop pool, fitness center, and spa facilities were top-notch, offering breathtaking views of the city. I guess it was these little things that made us feel at home. I definitely do plan on visiting again, and would recommended this to anyone whose looking to have a beautiful experience if they're in mumbai.
