It is the best place to stay in pahalgam, right from rooms to hospitality, it’s impeccable. The rooms are super neat and clean, very well maintained unlike most hotels of pahalgam and gulmarg wherein you are paying hefty charges for pathetic quality of unclean rooms. The hotel itself is beautiful with a beautiful view. We had dinner and breakfast during our stay and the food is hygienic and tasty; the serving staff go over and above to serve you food. For instance, i requested for a coffee and ta-hair made an excellent stirred and frothy cappuccino for me. Special mention to jun-aid also for his hospitality at the restaurant. Extremely happy with the hotel and will recommend everyone to book it blindly. However someone with knee pain, please be mindful that you will have to take stairs to enter hotel but that’s with most hotel in kashmir. Please keep up the good work pahalgam pines team!

Rooms were excellent. Food is good. One thing snacks are available only till 6:30pm. Top floor family room is very good.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It was situated at a scenic location and everything was easily accessible. Mr. Rizwan and mr. U mar were great hosts and staff made sure that our stay was as pleasant as possible. We celebrated new year at the hotel and great arrangements were made for guests’ entertainment with live music, fireworks and cake. However, tv only had few options and no netflix/prime/youtube. Toiletries were limited. Besides this everything met our expectations.

Beautiful location with valley view ! Delicious Home style cooked food made by pre order only. Small n cosy cottage style living, quiet and serene, out from typical touristy hotels/ resorts. We stayed for 3 nights at the loft level family room with 2 bedrooms. The rooms were clean, fully carpeted, beds with electric blankets. Just that they need to take care about their electricity and hot water system. There were some issues with hot water daily. Rest each penny worth staying here. 5 stars for the property ! All staff were very courteous and were at service at any time we asked for. Special thanks to Omer Bashir, Chef Javed for yumilicious food - kashmiri dum aloo on request, butter chk for kids on request. Thankyou Pahalgam Pines ! 😊

Pahalgam pines should be a must stay while planning to book your hotel in pahalgam. The staff, the property, the rooms, the ambience, food everything was on point. I loved it! the manager, security (ali, staff (tahir) were amazing. It felt like i was pampered with lot of love and care. Worth the stay!

Hotel is located near to city centre, each and every facility here is superb including food, rooms, cleanliness. The rooms are well insulated with bed heaters and room heaters. Super happy with my stay
