Many small things were missing. Bathroom taps not working, not enough electric sockets for charging, AC remote not working, mosquito liquid bottle was empty, no milk, coffee, tea bags, no one present at the reception for a long time & many more small blunders.

Very poor room service . The rooms were not maintained. Late service. Overall not a good experience.

Courteous and helpful staff. Service is efficient. Clean, neat and spacious rooms and delicious food.

Generally, i do not review only in case the service is good or too much bad. Good hotel with great food, easily accessible via car. All good. Book and enjoy

My sincere appreciation to the staff all the way from reception to the restaurant. We had a wonderful experience from team of professionals and all of them justifying their jobs to an extra mile. Hotels ambience, food and other services are exceptionally great. I don’t think i will dare to try and stay somewhere else for all my future visits. A highly recommended facility to visit. Ones again thanks heaps to the staff who made our stay nice and comfortable.

My stay was great the staff is competent and understand requirements of us keenly food is perfect without any doubt overall it's was great management.

This hotels location is very good right in the centre of town. Rooms & bathroom are big and spacious, good service at the restaurant.

This is a very good hotel, perfect to stay at for/during a vacation at rishikesh. The staff here are very kind and joyful. They are also very knowledgeable. The rooms are also very clean and have plenty of space.

Our stay at this amazing and peaceful property was best till now. The staff at this resort was really helpful and very polite. The service is top notch. The rooms are so spacious and clean, and the cherry on top of this place is their food, the quality, the quantity, and the taste, all was just so amazing.

Excellent service & good management. Good pricing of rooms in comparison to nearby property. Well maintained for family only guests as management is least bothered about putting standard down for getting irritating guests in property like.

We had a great experience staying at the palms. Situated centrally between haridwar and rishikesh, an open wide lawn spacious rooms with great food and beverage. Special thanks to mr. It is a great place to stay. Situated in nh between haridwar rishikesh. This place is great to stay for 3 - 4 days as it is located in between of 3 main city of uk. Visit early morning to rishikesh return late night. 2nd day visit to haridwar 3rd day to dehradun. Food and beverage service available in room as well as in restaurant and in bar. Open sitting is available as well. Staff is helpful l in accommodating guest needs. In house parking available. Big ample lawn for kids to play.

Everything is terrible, very bad experience bad smell from linens, so i check out after an hour, so horrible

This is the most disgusting resort i have ever stayed, their bedsheets and pillow covers have not been washed or cleaned since these were bought. This is close to helipad hence i booked it for convenience but it became a nightmare when i had to go to onboard the helicopter, as the check-in luggage is not allowed in the helicopter, i asked the resort receptionist sachin bangwal to keep our check-in luggage that we could pick up next morning but he denied bluntly even after requesting so many times. Finally i had to call makemytrip and they contacted the owner of the resort and then only he agreed to keep the luggage. Even after the owner called to this guy and asked him to keep our luggage, he asked to wait for an hour because he was out of the resort. We waited for almost an hour and then he came finally and asked me that he is doing this great favour to me personally.. Next day we came from kedarnath ji, we were tired. We asked for his help to book us a cab to guptkashi which he told us 2500 ( obviously he had his commission in it. We refused and decided to stay one more night there as we had to sleep, we were too tired. I asked the guy how much is it for that day and he asked for 500 extra then what was mentioned. Then we ordered some water and 2 fresh lime soda but they served us simple water with lemon in it. I went to the reception personally and asked for 2 fresh lime soda again as it wasn't fresh lime soda what they served us. He said that it was lime soda only, maybe we are drinking it the first time. I asked him to give us a soda bottle and he said that he won't give us the soda bottle only they can serve the lime soda, while i saw myself many soda bottles in the fridge. Completely rude, most pathetic and disgusting service. I will certainly not recommend it to anybody until or unless you don't have any other place around that area to live. It's a must avoid place.

The room was very pleasant, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. This impressed me the most.

Location was good, food was great

Enjoyed staying at this place specially thanks to Mr. Manish for good hospitality. Room lawn was great for dinner.
