Pleasant stay with good location and nice mountain views from the room.

the food and stay was good, and the hospitality was warm.

Nothing much to do here except the roof top pool. Other wise it's not in a great location. Breakfast was alright.

I am sure this is the most luxurious stay one can have at Munnar after spending 2 nights here with family. The rooms are top notch overlooking the best view of the western ghats you can have, The breakfast spread was great and it was delicious. View from the infinity pool with mountains in the background was haw dropping. Overall the best hotel experience you can have at Munnar, and for the prices its offered its a deal.

We had a great experience staying at your hotel. I requested for a room decoration during my visit and you have done it complimentary and i have to thank you alot for that. View from the room showing the valley is the best thing of the hotel. I would recommend the hotel to everyone who comes to munnar.

They have secured a good location for the hotel, but not the same can be said about some of its employees. I had to face a lot of attitude and a tone from a receptionist who self-identified as Akshay. When confronted about it, he simply denied it in my face and changed his tone for a second. He had no courtesy over the phone and even argued with me about something that required a straightforward answer; instead, he told me not to argue, as his answer was completely logical. He and a couple of other employees got easily agitated and talked down in a harsh tone when they didn't feel like solving guests' issues or maybe they just didn't like to work. It is impossible to reach the hotel manager, only the front desk manager. The front desk manager apologized for him, and he culprit left unscathed. The room became uncomfortably cold after the evening, and there is no way to heat it up. After pleading multiple times, I got a room heater. Thanks. They serve the complementary fruit basket at 10 p.m. every day. Why? Is that the right time for consuming fruits? The footprint of this hotel is too small. The only positive uplifting thing here is the panoramic view, which is why I stayed here. The interior could not compensate for the lack of everything else enough to qualify this as a five-star hotel.

The property was in an excellent location The food was very tasty and the staff was also very cooperative. The only negative thing was that the hotel did not have a bar which is a very important part of the hotel . Overall the experience was very good 😊

The service was amazing and the instructions were loud and clear. The breakfast was brilliant and super tasty. The property is not too far from the city and not too close to the busy city. Only drawback personally I felt is to have a great view from the balcony of the room.

This was my second stay at Panoramic Gateway, Munnar, and overall, it was a wonderful experience once again. The rooms were comfortable, the property well-maintained, and the views as beautiful as ever. A special mention to Chef Mohsin – the food was absolutely delicious! We dined at both restaurants during our stay, and each offered an outstanding culinary experience. Thank you for making our meals so memorable. However, I did feel there was room for improvement in the check-in experience. The reception staff did not come across as particularly welcoming, and there was no acknowledgment of our being repeat guests. In most places I’ve visited, upgrades are usually offered—especially for returning customers—and even when rooms are available, there was no enthusiasm or gesture extended, even when I offered to pay for an upgrade. This was a bit of a letdown in an otherwise lovely stay. I do hope the management takes this feedback constructively, as everything else was excellent, and I look forward to visiting again.

The complimentary breakfast was nothing great however the Underground Restaurant was good but no alcohol is available. The Underground Restaurant was very inconvenient to reach, the location of the hotel and the rooms were good Howe the staff was not friendly & emphatic

lovely stay . rooms have a beautiful view of the mountains. nice heated infinity pool. only thing missing is a bar.

I had a non refundable booking for an earlier date but due to some reasons I had to cancel my plan. The hotel offered a 2day date change stay instead of the original 3day booking. When we went there, liked their service and found the staff is very polite. Property is very well maintained and the mountain view from the rooms is very beautiful. The food in the restaurants was also great .There is a room on terrace which has activities like TT foosball etc which we played. Overall it was a nice stay.
