Everything was excellent but they should have mentioned that renovation work is taking place in the hotel

Room was clean and hospitality was also good. Only suggestion was there should have been a non smoking room as there was frequent cigarette smoke coming from outside to the room which I occupied.

It was nice to stay at this property. Staff are friendly, well maintained place. It just the bathroom exhaust was not working properly.

Overall a good experience at Tunga Paradise but needs to improve house keeping services (they seem lazy and not very hygiene conscious). Won't go in the details as Tunga Paradise stay has mostly been a good experience in the past 4/5 visits.

Properties food was not good also first they gave us twins bed joint despite booking king bed then next day they changed also room dining timings were limited rooms were too small not good experience it's was average

I wanted to order! But, the Restaurnat was closed. I was hoping I will get something. I also insisted. But I didnt get it

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding my recent stay at Tunga by Paradise. On the morning of 2 nd June 2025, room number 506 ,an individual claiming to be from the laundry service rang my room bell. Before I could reach the door to answer, this person unlocked and opened my room door using a master key. This action was extremely shocking, intrusive, and unacceptable. When I confronted him, he gave a vague and unconvincing explanation that they check rooms to see if guests are present. This justification makes no sense and is a direct violation of guest privacy and basic security protocol. Despite my questioning, he kept repeating the same excuse without any clarity or accountability. I immediately reported the incident at the front desk, but I did not feel reassured. As a result, I checked out the same day and moved to another hotel (Ginger), as I no longer felt safe or respected as a guest in their premises. I request accountability from MakeMyTrip too.

The stay was blissful......The service of in house restaurant is also fast.....The food is tasty.....only drawback is in house dining shuts at 11 pm but delivery service is available via third party apps.....In short Loved my stay here :))

It was overall good experience, they upgraded my room , service was quick . The hotel hv very unique interior, love the seating created on windows. Clean bathroom, love it

The overall experience was good, but the only problem was thr were burnt marks on the seating area on windows and smoking smell as soon as enter the room, also when i oderd for room service at night i was forced to pay immediately when i asked them tht wil do at the time of checkout

Excellent ambience, food is always super good and the staff is extremely helpful. Look forward to more such visits

room was clean, bed was soft, quality of amenities was very good. staff was polite. location of the property is perfect if you have work in MIDC area or in seepz. parking is available. windows were sound proof and blackout curtains were there so you'll get a sound sleep. overall very nice experience.

the stay was good with clean big enough rooms...and all the amenities needed....plus they have paid breakfast which i skipped for the more delicious dosa that they serve at the resturant on ground floor...overall amazing
