It was a wonderful stay. Starting from the location of the hotel was perfect and the rooms were quite big and well ventilated with perfect view. Food was great and staff were really helpful.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Very helpful and cooperative staff and they were ever so warm in their interaction … right from the front desk to every member of the restaurant staff. Food was very tasty. Overall an excellent experience.

The park gate hotel very bad exeperiance

When i stayed for the first time, the staff’s behavior was good, but the second time i had a very bad experience. When we went for dinner at night, they first asked for our room number, then half an hour later, they asked for the room number again, and after that, they took our order. A little while later, they came back and said that we would need to order separately. Even after placing the order, it took 30 minutes for the food to arrive, and half of the ordered food never came. Our package included food, but even then, we ordered a couple of things paid separately. After eating, we went to our room, but at 12:00 midnight, a waiter came with a bill for signing. This is very embarrassing for the hotel because when we go to relax, this kind of service is unacceptable. It’s a new property and good, but if they provide service like this, no one will go there.
