it is a cyclone proof property. The beach is so well connected it almost feels like 200 metres away.

Pathetic Experience

I was given a room with water leakage, I didnt till I woke up in the morning. I had all my clothes drenched in the suitcase (leakage at a dedicated place where luggage was kept). I had paid around for this stay, even after highlighting they didnt even bother to work towards a solution, they made me pay all my bills and just showed a sad face saying sorry few times till I checked out.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every team member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the view from my window was stunning. I have been here on Sep 1st to spend my anniversary with my family. I took 2 pool view room and they look fine. I liked the Hotel greenery and nature , it was so nice and well maintained outside. Also I would like to pint out that the staff was nice ,Especially the staff at breakfast time was so helpful and service oriented. Few things they can improve is on .. - check-in timings , we got the rooms late and waited more than hour to get my rooms.

Overall good stay except foodpreparation.

We stayed at the hotel recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, very convenient and well connected, which made our trip comfortable. The rooms and facilities were decent for the price, and the staff was polite and helpful. However, we did face an issue with the food. While the variety and presentation were fine, a few of our family members developed gastritis after meals, which was quite concerning and affected our stay. This is an area where the hotel needs to pay more attention—especially towards food hygiene and preparation standards.If the food quality is improved, this would definitely be a much better choice for families and travelers.

Worst 5 star hotel ever. Big cockroach in the toilet. Shabby service. Reception staff didn’t understand English properly. Doors were all sticky. Furniture was dirty. It’s no way a 5 star property.
