I had an excellent stay at the patiala heritage haveli. Good location and the food was excellent. The room was clean and well-maintained, hospitality was very good. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Stayed here for one night, clean property with good location food is very good. Rooms are clean with good comfortable bed. Breakfast is a la carte because not many comes for breakfast. Overall can stay here safely. Staff is courteous

Rooms need to be renovate urgently to gain the traction of family holiday.

We stayed in so called super deluxe room, quality of the room was pathetic. Lobby was haunted lane without ac and single light in the night. Room walls were very dirty with visible spits on the wall. Dust at the corner of the bed and was so prominent and spider was noticed immediately we reported. Since we checked in at the night we don’t have enough options and we checked out a day before.

Location is ok, food was very good but the rooms are ok and so so.

This hotel primarily caters to people travel-ling by car from one place to another and in need for a restaurant for mid journey food. Thus the food is very good but for stay off more than a night, i would suggest find a better hotel in patiala.

the bed and the bed sheet appear cleaned but when you go near, it has marks and smells Like It was not washed 😡 I have cooked two rooms for 5 adult fifth bed was not planned by the hotel management, only on request they give us the mattress with the broken bed sheets and also not cleaned after requesting to the management that this is not what I paid for I want the fifth person proper bed, he answered me this is what we have bad service!
