While property looked aesthetically very well I would like to mention that the bathroom Accesories like Commode and Washbasin were broken and needed replacement on immediate basis. The slope of tiles is also going in wrong direction due to which thr water rather than going in the direction of drainhole was always accumulated beneath the commode. The good part is they provided the Wiper which I think they knew that there is a problem with slope. The shower tap was broken and came out and these experiences made me little upset but overall the property was very clean abd tidy. Rooms were spacious We chose black bulbul and was approachable for mall toad and other points. I will surely choose them again but expect them to replace the faulty/broken accesories.

Property is good but the service is terrible. Rooms were dirty. Haven't cleaned the room until we asked for cleaning. Food was pathetic.

Hotel looks beautiful. The property is well maintained. Loved the atmosphere and vibe there. Its near mall road. Just the food was average. Cleanliness was nice.

Many items in the food menu was not available and some basic amenities in the room was also missing we always had to reach out to front desk for minor things. The quality of the furniture in the room is very old and poor.

The hotel's ambience is great. Service is a bit slow. Though stay is comfortable and it is near to Naini lake which is awesome.

The room was not upto mark..for this tariff room was dirty. Sofa was dirty..even the staff was not cooperative..didn’t even got extra bed..though it was mentioned with the room tariff..over all I will never book this hotel..

So I had booked two suite room garden facing rooms . Rooms cleanliness was a major concern , however the staff so super helpful and friendly. Even the food is good . The only room for improvement is in room cleanliness and staff that are related to it .

It's a good place to stay.Beautiful rooms.But geyser was not available so hot water problem is there. Hot water was available only for some duration in day and evening time. otherwise good. But no lake view.

The hotel was clean and the staff is courteous. Had a decent stay. The lawn and play area is a super plus for families with kids. My daughter enjoyed a lot there. The hotel food was yummy. I would have loved to see more options of salads and healthy food in their menu. Overall I had a memorable stay in the hotel.

I chose the room with balcony and it was okayish. for 3 star it is okay. Food was average. staff is good and co - operative. its location is not too far from mall road. overall 3/5 experience.

Stay was comfortable. Some of staff needs to be trained. Dont book meal , better to order from menu.

hotel was average as compared to what I have been charged for per day. lack of cleanness and for consumables billing was not proper despite of clearing the bills on daily basis bill of previous day was also raised for payment and have to tell everytime have paid all the dues.

Dear Team, I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent hotel booking in Nainital through your platform. My wife and I stayed at the Nainital stay fell short of expectations. The room, was overvalued. Upon inspection, we noticed: 1. Dirty quilts 2. Old and broken roof 3. Continuous noise (thak-thak sound) 4. Cracks on walls 5. Bad smell in the washroom 6. Misleading location description - the hotel is not within a 10-minute walk to Mall Road, as claimed. In reality, it's approximately 950 meters away, which takes longer than 10 minutes to walk. What's more concerning is the significant price difference. We paid for two nights, while the same room is available (plus taxes) for the same days the following week. This raises serious concerns about the authenticity of your "sasta sasta" claims. It appears that the benefits promised are not genuine.
