I booked for delux suite room, ac was not working, no tv connection, even the painting on room was damaged due to leak. Then they gave me delux room which was lower version, but didn’t gave refund since i have paid for suite room. This was my worst booking experience

People there are so welcoming and we had good experience with the stay such a nice calmful place where the beach is just 200m away and everything is available nearby.

The hotel is very decent with basic facilities except they dint had kettle since the hotel is on the main road we find it's easy to travel to other places and market which is also safe to stay. Hotel should buy new kettles as they gave us a rusted kettle and food needs a little more variety. Otherwise it's a decent stay for an affordable price.

Nobody was at the reception at the time of check in. The room was dusty and with cobwebs. The breakfast was spartan to say the least. The bathroom was very dimly lit and with no natural light. No room service except coffee or tea during certain times. No wi-fi. Only plus - the manager was helpful with his advice and guidance on a local festival which impacted my arrival. Getting to and from this place from the railway station at odd times was a challenge.

Hotel location is good but the following issues are there 1) lift is not there people need to take the luggage self 2) room a) big room but not properly cleaned b) compliment water we to request daily c) tv not working d) wash room not maintaining properly e) towels, soap and other washroom related items need to request 3) breakfast not properly maintained if we request some additional thing they say it's not available 4) staff one staff member is rude as he thinks he is the owner of the hotel ( night staff) other staff are good i reached the hotel in morning and they asked for additional 1800 after negotiations they agree to give in 1000 when i checked out and asked for the bill of 1000 they told it's not possible and told some unknown reason

I had a one day stay with gst it cost me 3400 for a day. The rooms were spacious, hot water was available, but the lift was not working. Breakfast offered was also tasty. I would rate 3 star out of 5 for the stay

The resort is located at a very convinient location, which is nearby to the beaches. That is the biggest advantage. Also, we requested for late check out, and the management was kind wnough to grant us that based on a minimal amount

Location difficult to find out, hotel guy behaving was bad, room and bathroom was ok but not good, parking space is very much less

There was no floor mat, had to request for one. No mirror in the room. No tv. Ac was not working. I had no option so had to stay there. I had booked 3 rooms but due to some reason i cancel-led one room even after explaining the genuine reason they did not refund even a partial amount. No thanks

Good stay for friends. It was great experience. We had great stay and planned well in advance, we advise all friend to book with surat vesu mmt office

The most pathetic experience ever! 1. Lift has not been working since ages. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we had to climb stairs every time we came from outside. 2. Breakfast was pathetic nothing great to expect 3. Toiletries were medimix soap and vatika shampoo, which were only provided when you ask for it. 4. The bathrooms were unhygienic and not cleaned at all. If you want a clean bathroom you need to ask them to clean only then they clean 5. The rooms were not cleaned before the guests arrived 6. Tv is not working 7. There is no supply of hot water 8. The rooms had cobwebs and dirt around not cleaned at all! 9. Bedsheets were dirty 10. The amenities had mentioned ac, tv and electric kettle and none of these things were working here. 11. When asked to give complimentary water on our last day, the owner declined stating that they don't give water on the day of checkout. Pathetic behaviour! if you get a free stay here, still don't go it is that bad and not all worth it! they also exploit their employees and staff.

We booked two days and paid for the same due to very very poor service room condition so bad no one can stay we left within 24 hours even though paid for two days you understand the coustmer sechivation

A decent property at a decent location, but overpriced. And breakfast options are limited

Rooms were not clean. Lift was not working. We had to climb 3rd floor each time with luggage.

The room was on the 2nd floor. After a day's activity at the sea, if the lift were operational, it would have been a great help!

1. Worst food is served here. There are flies roaming around your plates. Also the basic indian foods taste pathetic. 2. The exterior and entrance, reception is all neat, clean and attractively built up. 3. When you step inside your room you'll feel like you have booked a lodge or something. 4. AC not working 5. TV is smaller than my Hand Towel and that too did not work. And when I asked to change they gave a working TV with non-recharged local dish TV set top box. 6. Overall it was an OK stay. If you getting this hotels deal under per day then you can go for it else look for another one.

Hotel room which i booked or showing is different than which i got. Hotel wifi, tv, lift is not working. My room was on 2nd floor. It's average hotel.

We had a peaceful stay. Food was good.
